The DOW Net PBX Silver Package is an IP based PBX system utilizing Asterisk technology and enterprise-class rack-mounted servers, providing full ACD, IVR and PBX functionality. DOW Net PBX offers the features one would expect of a large proprietary PBX system such as Voicemail, Conference Bridging, Call Queuing, and Call Detail Records, and is easilly customizable according to customer needs and requirements.

The Silver Package is inexpensive, easily deployable and easily scalable. Customers have the option of choosing from a variety of Polycom Soundpoint IP Phones that best suit their business environment. In addition the Silver Package supports Softphone freeware such as the recommended X-Lite by CounterPath.
